We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is amazing; it's in a really nice area with lots of great restaurants and it's close to the metro. Plus, the staff are wonderful and speak excellent English. Room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire are all available, and the housekeeping is fantastic. The facilities are top-notch too, with a swimming pool, sun terrace, and fitness studio. Plus, the buffet breakfast is delicious.
We wouldn't really recommend this place to families, but for couples or solo travelers, it's perfect. All in all, we had a fantastic time here and would definitely come back.

Excellent customer service - extremely helpful. Very clean and peaceful. Rarely found veggies for breakfast in Spain. Close to Diagonal, offering easy access throughout the city.

The customer service at Bcn Urbaness was really good. We had an issue with our room key, and the staff promptly resolved it without any hassle. They were friendly throughout our stay. I'll recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, particularly the two Alejandros at the front desk, provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. They were really good too ensure that I had everything I needed, from helping me with a technological glitch to providing me with clear directions and even an umbrella on a rainy day. The location of the hotel was superb, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. It was also within walking distance of attractions like Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful roof terrace and pool that I took full advantage of. this hotel provided me with great service and a convenient location.

All in all an okay place. The location is close to the city center, making it easy to get to many attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern, with amenities like a music tower. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs.
The hotel has thin walls, so noise from other guests can be heard throughout the building.
